3-2-3-9
Emily has learned some new math lately. Her new thing is to count things and her sequence is 3-2-3-9. She also likes to drag out the numbers like twooo, threeee twooo, and then she yells niiiine. In the last few weeks she has also begun to talk a lot too. And for the most part you can understand what she wants but on occasion when we ask her to say something all you can hear is something that sounds like Uhhh uhhhh but it has the correct syllables in it. At least she is trying. This month has seemed to just fly by and I think that December is going to be the same way. Em and I found a new park in town and we have been enjoying that as often as we can.
As of Thanksgiving day we had not taken a picture of the 3 girls in their halloween costume so we decided that we better do it before it got too late. All week long I was reminding everyone to not forget the costumes and even told Heather that day to remember it. So we get to my moms and Alicia forgot hers and had to go get it and then when we were getting them dressed I realized that I forgot the hat to Em's. I was very irritated but I already had one picture with her wearing the hat so I opted to not go home and get it. We did get some cute pictures even without Em in her hat.
I was able to do the Turkey Trot this year but becasue I was a slacker I didn't run in the 6 mile and only did the 2 mile. I was all set to run it and Em was going with me. Well, I didn't realize that becasue of the mobs of people I wouldn't even be able to get up to a jog. So Em and I had a nice 2 mile walk on Thanksgiving morning.
As many already know Faith and Noah loves pickles. My mom heard of this idea to take straight pickle juice and make popsicles (apparently they are popular in the south) Well, Faith and Noah were not that fond of them but Hope and Emily loved them. At one point Emily had an ice cream cone in one hand and the popcicle in the other taking bites of both. Doesn't that sound yummy!
This last weekend we went over to the coast to have a small memorial service for my Grandparents. Although it was an emotional time it was good to have everyone together even for a short time.
All of my Grandparents great grandchildren

Nice Post! Love you!
Speaking of numbers, I looked at that cute umbrella photo like seventy-leven times. I guess I'd write that 70-11. Thanks for posting.
Good pictures. I think my favorite is the one of you three and Emily making that cool smile.
Thanks for the post.
I just looked at last years posts for December. It is so crazy to see what has changed in a year.
