Not your typical week
Em and I have had a little change in our week. Zachary has had jury duty the past 4 work days and therefore has been home in the evenings. It was kinda fun to have him home for dinner and to put Em to bed. We took advantage of the evenings and enjoyed a few walks and spent some time at the park. I was able to get out for an evening as well to some shopping and enjoyed a Starbucks with Trish.
We are getting ready to go to Dallas in a few days. We bought a car there and since Zachary has a lot of family there we decided to hang out for a week too. We will be flying there and it will be Em's first flight. I am a little nervous about keeping her entertained the whole time. Thankfully she loves to watch movies so Zachary has been putting shows on his ipod for her. I have a few things for her to play with so hopefully all will go well. If you have any tips on flying with toddlers please share!
A few fun Em things ~
The other day I was playing with Emily and tipping her upside down and I noticed she had a lot teeth. So I decided to count them and there were 12. Last time I counted there were 8. Where did those other 4 teeth come from!! This little girl of mine is just growing up too fast.
She thinks that anytime we are on one our computers that the "hot dog" song should be on. She is constantly saying "hot dog, hot dog" and we can't resist seeing her little dance yet again.
She is not usually aloud in the pantry but we have been trying to get her to help with little things around the house and throwing away trash is one of them (which is in the pantry). She is really good about putting things in the trash and coming right back out. Well, the down side of that is she throws everything away without us knowing. Point in case... after spending about 45 minutes looking for my Nike+ sensor Zachary decided she must have thrown it away. Yep, there it was in the bottom of the trash can.

Free, um... hanging out in my room! It's not much, but, uh, it's not much.
Haha, I want the free hanging out in a dorm over the lodging in Tempe. :) Ah, Ratatouille. :D
Twelve teeth?? That crazy girl! She can't go getting all old on us! I wish I could come see the hot dog dance in person. Where was that picture taken?
I think you're on the plane right now... or else you're already in Dallas... I hope she did well on the plane! Love y'all!
