A fun day at the park

My cousin was in town this week and asked if we could go to the arboretum. Since mom works there and loves to show people the gardens she asked my sister and I to go too. It was another hot day but Emily enjoys any day outside. She enjoyed playing in the children's garden and walking all over the place. Since the park pass was good all day I decided to take her back in the afternoon to Paul Bunyan Park. We invited her friends Courtney and Hailey and had a enjoyable afternoon. This little park is perfect for her because it has all things she loves...water, rocks (and trucks to put rocks in), and an aquarium. After playing outside for a bit we went in to see the fish. She was so funny. She saw the fish in the aquarium and ran right up to them and started pointing then a large fish came over to say "hi" and she took off running in the other direction. Then the big fish would go away and she would go right back pointing at all the fish again. Then the big fish would come back and she would run as fast as she could over to me. She was cracking me up. Emily had a great day playing outside!!
