Yuck

Yuck is how Emily is feeling right now. She has her first cold and is pretty miserable. She has been coughing and has a lot of snot in her little nose. The poor thing is having a hard time breathing and is not sleeping well because she wakes herself up coughing. Zachary has to use the nose sucker to clean out her nose and that is definitely not her favorite thing. This morning she was all stuffed up and crying so Zachary went to clean out her nose and when she saw him coming with the nose sucker she stopped crying and just stared him down. We could tell she was thinking that maybe if I don't cry daddy won't put that thing in my nose and make me mad. I wish there was something we could do to make her feel better but the doc said that it has to run its course.
On a happier note Emily had another baby shower last night and she got some more cute things that she can wear this summer. She got diapers too which aren't as cute but highly needed. The cutest thing was the clock (pictured below) that her Auntie Alicia made from a real book for her bedroom.
