Our vacation

Finally getting around to posting some of our vacation pictures. I actually had a life this week so it had taken me a little longer. We had a great time on our trip and once again Emily proved to be a great traveler. We decided to leave in the morning this time and Emily stayed awake for a good portion of the 15 hour drive. She was quite happy with her snacks, ipod, books and magna doodle. When we stopped to eat lunch she was a bundle of energy and just kept running around in circles while holding onto her sandwich and taking a few bites. When we arrived at Grandmom and Grandad's she had been sitting in the car for so long that she just couldn't keep her little legs still and even got in the pool with her clothes on. But come bed time she crashed hard. The week in Phoenix was wonderful! We mostly just spent the time relaxing, visiting with family, eating awesome food, a little shopping for me, a trip to the Phoenix science museum and just enjoying being able to take a last minute vacation before Zachary heads off to boot camp.
There is a possible buyer for the house and we should know by Thursday if all goes through. It would be a real relief to us if we could be in escrow before Zachary leaves. It still kinda seems like awhile before he leaves but it will be here in only 2 short weeks. I am trying to think of stuff for Em and I to do so that the time goes by a little faster. Still just trusting God to take of everything and to give us peace!
