Emily's big weekend
Emily had a very eventful weekend
For about a month I knew that it was getting close for Emily to sleep in her own room. So I decided that after Grandma & Grandpa Walker left I would put her in her room. I wanted it to be on a night that Zachary was home so Saturday was the night that I chose. Emily didn't seem to mind it at all and slept through the night as usual. I on the other hand didn't fair so well. By the time I went to bed I told Zachary to go get her because I missed her and needed her next to me. But he didn't listen to me. I do sleep with the monitor right next to me though so I can hear every little peep. It has been 2 nights now and she is doing great.
Lastly she rolled from her tummy to her back on Father's Day. Zachary missed it though and he doesn't believe me that it happened. I had put her on the floor at my brother's house and was laying down next to her and turned to talk to Noah for a minute and when I turned back around she was rolling onto her back. I was so excited I yelled to Kevin and Zachary that she rolled over. They came in to look but I guess it was a one time thing because she wouldn't do it again and hasn't done it since. Kevin doesn't believe me either because he would keep walking in the living room saying "hey Emily is walking you better get in her" or stupid things like that. She is growing up so fast and we are having a blast watching each stage.
- her new seat came in the mail
- she slept in her own room

I slept in my own bed on Saturday night too! Luckily though I had the baby monitor set up. Thank heaven for those things!
Seriously though, thats some exciting news and some really cute pictures. By the way, I believe you about Emily.
She gets cuter every time you post! You are a nicer mom than me -- I rejoiced and muted the monitor as soon as we moved Walker to his own bed at 4 weeks!
She is crying loudly right now! You should ask her to stop!
