A smiley face kind of day!

Well, one good day is better than none. Yesterday I woke up and felt pretty good. So much so that I actually wanted to do a little shopping for the first time in about 4 and a half months. First I went and took my sister Jamba juice at work and had lunch with her. Then it was off to Target. I had a few things that I needed to get but mostly I wanted to just look around. I did get the fans that Zachary mentioned in his blog. One for our room and one for the baby's room. If he/she is anything like us he/she will like it cold in his/her room. I also found socks and a shirt on clearance for Zachary.(Here he is in his new shirt. He wouldn't smile at the camera for me) And a cute fall purse for me. I also found a really cute wallet. I had been looking for a wallet for quite awhile now and had never found one that would work for me. Then I got to thinking about the last time I bought a new wallet and came to the conclusion that it has been over 8 years since I have had a new one. I think it was definitely about time since my old one didn't zip anymore and it was falling apart. All that to say I think they are very cute and am happy with my choices. All in all I spent about 2 hours at Target and had a very successful time. When I got home I was still feeling good so I decided to get rid of my dead plants that were on my front porch and hang up my fall decor. So my day yesterday was a good one and I will take all the good days that I can get. Today I am tired from all my adventures from the day before but as I sit here and blog I think that I felt the baby move for the first time!!!. This being my first I am not 100% sure but it is a feeling that I have never felt for sure so I am thinking that it was. That would make today a definite smiley face kind of day!!

Edited to add: You have to try this riddle game
Once you figure it out you won't be able to stop. I am up to level 14. And yes, the answer is on the page that I gave you. You can click on the weffriddles forums for help.

Maybe you stomach was still rumbling from the guys attempt at grilled stuft burritos. Target clearance isles are sweet, can you believe that I, a guy, would say that? It is not like I bought girly things, I got three tennis racuets and a hammock.

That's awesome!! I'm so glad that you had a smiley kind of day. Is it a strange feeling...the baby moving? I can't wait to find out if he/she is a he or a she! Target is fun! We are there entirely too often.
Cute purse!
Love you and ZJ!!

What's Zachary doing in the picture. I'm glad that you're feeling better. Enjoy your fans! I think that he/she might be your biggest fan. Tee hee.

I certainly prefer Target over Wal-Mart. I don't usually think about a trip to Target as "successful." I'm glad it was, though. I'm glad you had a smiley face day.

So, excited for your smiley day. If indeed it was baby moving we will soon find out just how active that little one is.

Hey Marla, I'm glad you had a good day. I can sense the movement from your stomach is a boy jumping around. It's gotta be a boy.
