Taggies

Well, I made Hope's taggy today and am pleased with the results. For those who are not familiar with them a taggy is a blanket with tags all around the outside of it. You see I thought that my niece was a little strange when she loved tags so much and always stuck them in her mouth whenever you handed her a blanket or anything with a tag on it but, then when Zachary and I visited his little cousin this last summer he had a blanket with all kinds of tags on it.(He was very confused one day when he went into his dads drawer to get a shirt with a tag and all of them were tagless ones) That is why he got his very own taggy. So I asked where they got such a thing and apparently there is a website where they make all kinds of taggies. So I went online and found out that they are very expensive and decided that I could make it for alot cheaper. I cut off the tags of all the clothes that we didn't sell at the garage sale last weekend and voila-my very own handmade taggy. Here is a picture of my soon to be one year old niece with her sister and brother, the taggy, and Zachary's little cousin from whom I got the idea. Thanks Andy!

Cute! You make the cutest things!! I'm seriously finding it hard to believe that is Hope. Last time I saw her she was about the size of a cabbage patch doll!!

Very cute idea! Do the kids like those tags as much as the ones on clothes?

Hey Marla,
In response to your comment about my room...that's acually *much* nicer than the hotel room we stayed in on base here. We didn't have a computer OR free internet and we had to share the bathroom with the dude next door. He wore WAAAAY too much cologne!
I can't wait to come see your place. Z sent pics of your blinds, too. They look so good! I wish our windows looked like that!

What a cute blanket! You have some really cute tags. I don't think my clothes tags are that cute.
