Let it Snow!!

It's snowing here in Northern California!! It is so pretty and the flakes are huge. So I thought tonight would be the perfect day to make cookies, drink hot chocolate, and decorate our christmas tree. Zachary is working all this week so he isn't here to help me but he will like it that it will be all done when he gets home from work tonight. Hopefully he will put up some lights outside our house sometime soon. This week I am putting 40 hours in at work. I can't remember the last time that I had to work a 40 hour week. Zachary keeps laughing at me and doesn't think I will make it. But, little does he know that I have the fact that I need Disneyland money and that will keep me going. I will leave you with a few pictures of what I did tonight.

Oh and I think your E is broke. You should probably have Zach check its bulbs, they might be out.

Your blog is always sooooo *CUTE*, Marla!!
I guess winter finally decided to come. Didn't y'all have 80˚ weather a week or so ago? We had like 93˚ on Saturday and last night it froze! I bet Shasta's looking good, will y'all get to start skiing soon? I am a little jealous of that!!

Great job on the tree. I bet Zachary loved it when he got home to that as well as the yummy looking cookies and fancy hot chocolate!

That looks like such fun. It was about 75 degrees, humid, and sunny in Dallas when we decorated our tree! We cranked down the air and enjoyed Christmas music and hot drinks anyway! Aaron will be so jealous that y'all cut down your tree. He can't wait to take Walker out to do that!

I'm so jealous it snowed there, but I'm with you on making the hot chocolate and cookies when it's cold. I love that kind of thing.

I think your tree is right at Jayden's height to tear apart. We are going to decorate on Thursday. The tradition handed down to us from my family is on the night you decorate the tree then the whole family sleeps in the living room under the tree. Well it started as under the tree but anyone who knows the size of my family they know that we would not fit under a christmas tree:-)

It snowed at my house too but I missed it by the time I got home from school. I like your tree and those cookies and hot chocolate sound like a good idea.

Nice choice of music (it's good, but even nicer cause I remember growing up with Chuck and Snoop and everyone). Nice tree (I went and found ours, too....in the attic). Nice cookies (I almost didn't see that picture cause my browser is set to reject them). Nice hot chocolate (well, it looks more like nice whipped cream with some kinda stuff under it).
