Muffin Cup Snacks
I saw this idea for snack time awhile ago and thought it would be a fun idea for Emily. It seemed like I was always giving her the same snack all the time because I couldn't think of what else to give her. So when I saw this idea it got me thinking of what healthy things I could put in these little silicon muffin cups. It also seemed like she would snack all day and then not be hungry for lunch or dinner. Now I give her snacks in the morning and afternoon and she loves it. She calls them her muffin cup snacks. We have also implemented only juice (which is 1/4 juice 3/4 water) at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the time she has water. At first she wasn't too thrilled with the idea but now she seems okay with it as long as it has ice in it. She will always try and ask for juice first but when we say it is not time for juice yet she says "okay, ice water please"

Great idea!!!
Dude, seriously. You take like the best pictures ever. That first one totally looks like you just stole it from a magazine cover. And it helps that you have the most beautiful daughter in the world. :)
Kathie limits my non-water, too. In fact, the other day, she diluted my Arrowhead spring water with distilled water. That's too far.
Mmm. Those pretzel sticks with PB look tasty. I love PB.
